Welcome to Mimpi Bungalows. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

  • 1. Reservation & Payment Policy

1.1 Booking Confirmation

  • A reservation is only confirmed once you receive an official booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp from Mimpi Bungalows.

1.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation.
  • Payments can be made via direct bank transfer, credit/debit card, or direct contact through our official channels.

1.3 Rates & Currency

  • All rates quoted on our website or promotional materials are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Rates are subject to change without prior notice prior to booking confirmation.
  • 2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

2.1 Standard Check-In

  • From 14:00 (2:00 PM) local time.

2.2 Standard Check-Out

  • By 12:00 (12:00 PM) local time.

2.3 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

  • Subject to room availability and prior approval.
  • Late check-outs without prior confirmation may incur extra hourly or full-night charges.

2.4 Identification

  • All guest(s) must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
  • 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund (minus any bank transfer/administrative fees).
  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of total booking cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival: Non-refundable.

3.2 No-Show Policy

  • If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date without notifying us in advance, your booking will be canceled without a refund, and the room may be released for re-booking.

3.3 Force Majeure

  • Mimpi Bungalows is not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by acts of God, extreme weather, volcanic eruptions, natural disasters, epidemics, or government restrictions.
  • 4. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

4.1 Quiet Hours

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 07:00 (7:00 AM).

4.2 Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalows. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A deep-cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the room.

4.3 Occupancy

  • The maximum number of guests per bungalow must not exceed the specified capacity agreed upon during booking. Unregistered visitors must check in at reception.

4.4 Illegal Activities

  • Any illegal activities, drug possession, or possession of dangerous items on the premises are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction and reporting to local authorities.
  • 5. Damage, Loss & Liability

5.1 Property Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction to property, fixtures, or amenities caused by negligence or intentional acts. Repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the guest.

5.2 Personal Belongings

  • Mimpi Bungalows is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to keep valuables secured.

5.3 Personal Safety

  • Guests use our facilities, gardens, and surrounding premises at their own risk. Mimpi Bungalows assumes no liability for personal injury, illness, or accident during your stay.
  • 6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Data Collection

  • We collect personal information (name, email address, phone number, passport details) solely for booking fulfillment, legal requirements, and communication regarding your stay.

6.2 Data Security

  • Your personal data will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties, except as required by Indonesian law or necessary to process payments/reservations.
  • 7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your stay or use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Indonesia.
